[Bug 15419] Test Data reports should include wine stable versions (i.e. 1.0, 1.2...) and not just recent betas

I read all the comments, fwiw. Keep in mind and Rosanne and I are two of the
AppDB admins, so we're well aware of problems in the AppDB.
