No, as i stated in comment https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48503#c18 the problem is in NtCreatePowerRequest, This really deserves a seperate bugreport. I will open one soon. I think it is ok to just return STATUS_SUCCESS in NtCreatePowerRequest for now. I`ll send a patch later and see if it gets in.
Question: AFAICT this error window is not really fatal, it looks like the app processed the video correctly. Could you tell something more about it?
