[Bug 17924] MIDI music (or no music) is played instead of WAV music for Touhou games

Any ideas whether this happened for you previous to Wine 1.1.18?  This was fine
for me with Touhou 12 and previous versions of Wine.  Sadly my machine is
playing up so I can't test to see if a bug has been introduced by 1.1.18.  I
can only speak for Touhou 12 here though.  I'm hoping someone else can
confirm/deny this bug's existence as my initial impression is that this is an
individual case.
