[Bug 28646] Statusbar icons have black backgrounds

The program I tested with was the Codejock sample Statusbar.exe

The icons on the statusbar have a black background.  The background should be
blue (same as toolbar).  If you hover the mouse over the statusbar gripper, you
will get a 1/2" black square popup above the gripper.  The 1/2" black square
popup will also appear on other corners of the window if you let mouse hover
over them.  Really wierd!

Wine release 1.3.28 is the last release where everything worked ok.

Not sure what you mean by graphics driver.  I am testing on a standard
enterprise Redhat 5.7 system using a local display.
