Do you understand that by providing a sample application for Wine they would provide a play ground for every cracker out there, essentially making their protection useless? Any sane protection developer would do exactly that: ignore such requests - in order to hide all the details how the protection works under the hood. Besides, they don't know who you are, and what actually you are planning to do with the disclosed data.
P.S. Please don't quote the text you are not going to comment on anyway, this pollutes the bug report and makes it hard to find useful information.
My point was that rather than acknowledging the existence of a problem by responding with a "no", they binned it. I never expect a positive response when making such inquiries.
