[Bug 39934] AppCAD graphics corruption

I tested miCon-L 3.5 and did not experience any graphics corruption.  However,
I do not have access to hardware to test further.  Please retest with a recent
version of Wine.  Also add an entry for miCon-L to the AppDB and submit a test
report (and consider becoming a maintainer for it).
