Windows drivers don't work in Wine, and aren't meant to, so even if you get
past the installer crash, you are not going to be able to do what you want to
do. Hardware has to be controlled through the host system; if you don't know
how to do that, ask for help on your distro's support forum.

The installer crash may be a valid bug, but you are going to have to provide
more information, including your Wine version and which driver CD this is (name
of company/model of computer). You also need to attach a copy of the full
console output, including the backtrace.
