if so, does the crash happen for you with that version of the games as well?
Actually this is the version of the game and it crashes under ubuntu 1104 with wine 1.2 and wine 1.3.
Please upgrade to wine-1.3.27 and try again. The game works fine here under Ubuntu 11.04/wine-1.3.27
