The last line results in the following failure:
W: Failed to fetch https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/Ubuntu_18. 10_standard/./InRelease Reading from proxy failed - read (115: Operation now in progress) [IP: 127.0.0.1 3142]
Looks like the problem is your proxy. Ask for help configuring it properly on the Ubuntu forum.
