Wine 1.1.38 output from install

Office 2007 Enterprise doesn't install for me on Wine 1.1.38 either. The
installation crashes just as it's about to begin initializing. The install
hangs with a "Setup did not complete successfully. We are sorry for the
inconvenience" error message where I can choose "Send Error Report" or "Don't
Send".

Running Arch Linux x86_64 with 32 bit Wine 1.1.38.
