To reproduce: Connect to a server Select New database from context menu on "Databases" In the appearing dialog box move the cursor over "View connection properties" link/button. The hotspot is indeed in the lower-right corner of the cursor.
winetricks dotnet20 is needed to run the application. A running instance of SQL Server is needed to reproduce this bug.
