[Bug 27794] Unable to type french accented characters

Sorry, you meant changing it system-wide? Or is there another solution to this
to make at least my dictionary use the accented characters the right way? Also,
this is a big usability issue for me, will I be able then to write accented
characters from my system's locale (if it could be done for the dictionary
specifically) - Czech - in the dictionary as well? As it is often needed to
switch between keyboard layouts during a program run, why wasn't this
implemented yet and is it planned to be done anytime in the future?
