Console output & Backtrace for vcrun2010 using 1.7.19-3

I had run it using a clean wineprefix beforehand, but to be sure I reinstalled
the package (which had another update relating to some other bug), rebooted my
machine, and made another clean wineprefix. Same problem (attached).
