--- Comment #1 from Josh winehq@iooioio.orion.uberspace.de --- After some more research I discovered a bug report for a superset of the symptoms I describe (crashing in all kinds of menus). I was not able to reproduce the crashes in the listed menus though except in the "Load Game" screen.
