[Bug 58636] CapCut installer fails: CreateFileW with FILE_ATTRIBUTE_DIRECTORY | FILE_FLAG_BACKUP_SEMANTICS | FILE_FLAG_POSIX_SEMANTICS should create a directory instesd of a file.
