[Bug 16531] Issues using embedded html (DVD Profiler written with Delphi)

(Hopefully) improved steps to reproduce:

1. Open application and add a DVD profile via "menu; DVD; add to collection"
2. Several pains will now show different aspects of the DVD. The central top
pane contains the "view contribution notes" button as shown on the new
attachment ('where are contribution notes') - you may find this more easily if
you maximise the window or close some of the panes.
3. This gives the offending screen (shown in new attachment 'contributions
screen').

The 'view contribution notes' link is towards the top right of this screen. The
areas that do not scroll correctly are wherever there is a scroll bar.
