I'm pretty sure we won't.

You could of course try submitting the patch anyway and watch it drop. Last
time someone submitted this patch Michael Stefaniuc actually reviewed part of
it (http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2009-April/074666.html). As far
as I can see the issues he brought up aren't even fixed in this version.
