p.s. trying to run env WINEPREFIX="/home/forex/.wine_MyPref" wine 'C:\users\MyUser\Downloads\wine-mono-4.6.3.msi'
results in
wine: Bad EXE format for C:\users\forex\Downloads\wine-mono-4.6.3.msi.
Try this command for .msi files:
