I presume the closesocket is the last thing in the trace by accident.
I'll see if I can get a better stub for the address list query done next week, just to see if that's it.
While you're at that, would you mind getting a ethereal/wireshark network trace of creating a game, joining the lobby from another box, and starting/ending a game session for me? I'm always looking for more data on that. :)
