Still exists in Wine Staging v2.2

Can't even launch because it says I don't have a "DX11" graphics card. I
applied the d3d.reg patch but no luck. Using a GeForce GTX 960 card which oddly
enough was bundled with Witcher 3 so I would hope it has DX11 support!
