When trying to add a note in the AppDB:

“Ooops! Something has gone terribly wrong!
Our monkey train has derailed! Worry not, a webmaster gopher help army has been
dispatched and is on the way.

Haven't added a note for a while so don't know when it started, but it's been
at least 12 hours.
