On the kernel side, the patch had been committed, see [1].
On the wine side however, you'll have probably to wait a couple of weeks.

It doesn't really matter because you'll need a 3.1 kernel which hasn't been
released yet.

If you're impatient, you can go compiling the kernel and wine with my path ;)
