When trying to download a file over http[1], flashget[2] tries to connect to
port 0 instead of 80.
Loading wininet.dll[3] as native fixed the problem.
Console output included the line 'fixme:wininet:InternetCanonicalizeUrlA
Unhandled flags 0x20000000'
