--- Comment #3 from Andrew andrewhughes1988@gmail.com --- This is still an issue. I've recently used 1.9X for League of Legends and also was not about to ALT+TAB out of the full screen. On a couple of attempts I was able to ALT+TAB out by repeatedly pressing it (not everytime), however, I couldn't ALT+TAB back into the game and was forced to kill the process and restart the game.
