[Bug 23622] Severe bugs make displaying .chm files a disaster

I can confirm that that hh.exe under wine 1.3.9 does not display the data of
.chm files installed in the standard location being ~/.wine/drive_c/Program
Files

Problem seems to be with the directory ../Program Files
moving the .chm files to any directory "without spaces in the filename" works
fine.
e.g. ~/.wine/drive_c/*.chm  <--- this works
e.g. ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/*.chm  <--- this does not work

wine 1.3.8 did not have this problem.
tested on Ubuntu 10.10 and Debian unstable (sid)
