Run DNAsp and I get a crash:
What happens if you change directory to the install location before running DNAsp.exe?
cd ~/wine.tmp/drive_c/path/to/
WINEPERFIX=~/wine.tmp wine ~/wine.tmp/drive_c/path/to/DNAsp.exe
