I confirm that everything is fine. I can play championship. But I do not understand what you mean by video. I do not see video. Can you attach some screenshot of the video?
I just managed to get my installation working on championship mode by installing the indeo codec 5 installer here: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Lego_Stunt_Rally#Issues_fixed
Prior to this, the game would crash on character select screen as per the screenshot i just shared. Whenever you win a race in championship mode a video also plays. Game should now be playable but I did notice that there is no sound from the videos. Do you get sound? did you install these codecs?
