Yeah, I was trying to find a sort of 'newbies' guide to bug/patch submission...
Looked all over the Bugzilla page (Silly me, thinking a guide for bugs might be
linked on, I dunno, the front page of the bug tracker...) and couldn't find so
much as a link to the page you pointed out.

I will own up to my own failure of not thinking to look in the wiki. C'est la
vie.
