The program I referred to in Comment #4 above is StreamHijacker 0.7.1.9 from
here: http://streamhijacker.thomace.com
To see the effect hover/move the mouse pointer over the various buttons on the
GUI, which will momentarily/slowly paint the color pink.  This can also be seen
when capturing a stream as the scrolling marquee shows the current ID3 tag
info.
