I can confirm your problem however that is not the biggest problem.
While extracting the files, InstallShield as one line message in the top white
part.
The first 5-6 letters are shown correctly, the rest is shown vertically at the
top and the bottom with one letter per line.

As long as this is the only problem though, I can live with it.
