Yeah, you use invalid hierarchy for debian package archive. Use reprepro for proper populate packages in pool's.
The repository structure had to be changed to flat when we moved to a new build server. If you are using a script to download, you need to adjust it for the current structure.
Note also that we no longer build sid packages.
