Happens with After Effects CC, too (Wine 1.9.21 64-bit). You can rename dynamiclinkmanager.exe but terminal output stays pretty much the same and you can't start the program, anyway.
Is this related to incorrect detection of used GPU/GPU Profile or used by newer Adobe software (versions CS6/CC)? Can't Wine just handle the detection correctly (due to missing code implementations)?
FYI: This program includes GPUSniffer.exe which is used, for example, in Adobe Premiere Pro, too (CS4 and newer). In Premiere, GPUSniffer.exe just crashes if you try to execute it individually.
I suspect that this may be *somehow* similar error which prevents Premiere Pro from starting, too. I'm not sure, though. Premiere Pro gets stuck on loading splash screen like After Effects while loading GPU stuff.

One of the logs exposed bug 38648. There is a regedit workaround that you could try. Comment 22.
