In 1.3.24 , snd-hda-intel can use 42ms buffer in famitracker without underrun
in performace stat of famitracker, but in 1.3.29 it seem need to use a larger
buffer

Do the rewrite of "dsound" using mmdevapi complete or not ?

since all dound tests fail with

Test failed: Primary and secondary buffers have different vtbls
