That's a still pretty much experimental mode (at least in linux land) And I'm pretty sure no distro ships or even builds it (i.e. --enable-archs=x86_64,i386 instead of --enable-win64 and --with-wine64).
I've always built Wine myself and this release is not an exception.
I'm not sure what Wine x86_64 has to do with any of that. Isn't it meant to run only pure 64bit Windows binaries?
