[Bug 27290] Enterprise Architect crashes after using the Add Model Wizard.

Changed Component to comctl32.

I original thought it was crashing on startup, but it appears that by using the
"Add Model Wizard".  Then expanding the newly inserted items in the tree causes
the crash.

After some debugging, it appears to be caused by the tree control holding onto
data that has been freed.
