Installer program

This is the program that would not run under WINE 1.5.29.

When it would not run, I attempted to remove it and re-install it and the
installer would not work, either.  Same symptoms.

(The installer may not get a complete working version.  I have a few work
arounds that, following running this installer, are necessary to make the
program work.  But I am confident that if the installer runs even without
completely installing the program, the program itself would run.)
