Since wine-9.11 the virtual desktop doesn't work when started via "/desktop".
There's simply no X11 window coming up.

Example running winecfg:
  explorer.exe /desktop=shell,1920x1080 winemine.exe

OS: Debian-12 Linux

wine-9.10 was working fine.
