Hi Andrew, I have tested the game wine 1.4-rc2 and the issue is still there. I
can hear the intro videos but there's no sound when playing the game. Also I
have tested it in a different computer and the issue is still there.

As you requested I did another log following the wiki directions. If you need
something else, please let me know.
