Yes, (if not modified or removed) since 2.6.33-git10, i.e. from nearest release
(2.6.34-rc1) it should be included.

You can verify that by downloading the patch from comment #91:

patch -p1 --dry-run < linus_signal.patch

It should tell you something like already applied.
