The Wine Staging 2.8 release added more correct fake dlls, which gave
MetaTrader 4 the possibility to enable some additional anti debugging checks,
by comparing the content of the fake dll and the builtin ntdll. We were able to
identify what the application is complaining about and will fix the regression
till the 2.9 release.
