Hello folks,

dupe of bug 33704

Please pay more attention to the 'new bug' report form next time!

Even with that summary "I was trying run Toolbox provided by naviextras.com",
the existing bug 33704 "Naviextras Toolbox 3.18.1 crashes or hangs
(multithreaded wininet connections/races)" is shown on the bottom and you still
ignored it, creating a dupe.
