[Bug 19153] Resident Evil 1 fails to start (needs IDirect3D3::EnumDevices() to return a device named "RGB Emulation")

As of 2f561b971bc3d708e062fcfe30d67fef08720b65 upstream, we now name the RGB
device "RGB Emulation", as described in comment 12. While Andrew did include a
lot more changes than that, I'm hesitant to commit them if not necessary
(although I did add tests to demonstrate them), since they are more invasive
and might cause regressions.

Does anyone have the original CD version of Resident Evil 1 that can confirm
whether the bug is fixed now? (Or another version, as long as it definitely
fails before 2f561b971).
