Assassin's Creed 2 installer put's popup behind main window

Assassin's Creed 2 is also affected - only during the setup. Installer has
several phases so adding screen shot to show, which one is affected (later on,
there is non-graphical?? window, where pop up goes correctly above the main
window).

Revert of commit 61e50e15ba45ad54655f98619f5ef33917033165 on top of 1.2-rc3
makes that problem go away... And confirming...
