I can install latest GoogleVoiceAndVideoSetup.exe without any errors ( with builtin msxml3 )

The hanging during loading flash plugin can be worked around by setting dom.ipc.plugins.* to false ( mentioned in Bug 17273 ) or applying the patches in Bug 17273
