All the cards you've tested on are pretty old.  Unless we can reproduce
it with more modern cards, it's probably not a wine bug.

(The app loads and works for me at first glance, though the 3d warehouse
doesn't work at all without 'winetricks ie6', and even then the download
button is missing.  Maybe ie7 would do better.)
