What's the bug status?

Not so long ago with some 1.7 series wine I had this issue. When I drag wine
close to border, it went to taskbar and also the dragging wasn't smoothly
animated.

I retry few other bugs now and tried this and  I couldnt see it behaving like
it.

I don't know why.

Kde updates have fixed it? or Wine? I have mint17 now in use. Before I had
kubuntu.
