This bug describes behavior of wine despite being compiled with gtk3 support.

For those not having GTK in wine-staging 5.20 **and up** (at least up to
wine-staging 6.4):

I reported bug 50677 for behavior described in this bug, but caused by the
disabled patch set. Please post your comments there.
