Can confirm that this happens - iTunes 10.1.1 under Ubuntu/maverick using Wine 1.3.10. If I turn on sharing on the iTunes running in Wine, the other computer's iTunes (in Mac) is able to see the library (but I have not tested music playback).
Could this be some sort of firewall issue?
I can confirm that I'm seeing the same behavior on Wine 1.3.19; iTunes running on Kubuntu x64 11.04 can't "see" other shared iTunes libraries, but conversely other iTunes clients can see and *play* music from the iTunes client (peer?) running on Ubuntu. Tried stopping the avahi-daemon service to see if that would allow the Linux iTunes client to see other shared libraries, but it did not.
