The test "header" for comctl32 crash on win9x on various systems.

Working systems as example:
comctl32 4.72.3110.1 with user32 4.10.0.1998
comctl32 5.81.4134,100 with user32 4.90.0.3000

crashed systems as example:
comctl32 5.81.4807.2300 with user32 4.0.0.950
comctl32 5.81.4916.400 with user32 4.10.0.2222
my system has:
comctl32 5.81.4916.400 with user32 4.10.0.2233
