Error with hack

I cannot use this registry hack, because I do not use elementclient.exe to
launch the program, I use Launcher.exe from the launch directory.  If I try to
use the hack, and try running the program using the elementclient.exe, then I
get this error.

I'm still a noob to Wine, but not to Windows. I know how to use the registry
editor, and have even tried putting the hack under the Launcher.exe's registry
entry. If I run with Launcher, there is no effect on the problem.
